Summer Therapy

Programs

Airdrie Speech Therapy is excited to offer annual summer therapy programming for children ages 2-12 with speech sound, language, fluency, social communication, and other disorders related to communication.

Our intensive programs are designed to boost children's speech, language, and social communication skills during the summer months when most educational programs are closed. Instead of losing valuable instructional time in the summer, enrolled children make impressive gains in speech, language, and pre-academic skills. Our program is designed to provide support from group therapy sessions by allowing opportunities for kids to work on goals with peers, improve confidence, and develop parent connections in the community, while having FUN in the process.

Summer Programming for 2024 has been developed by our certified speech-language pathologists. Learn more about our SLP Team.

Speech Buddies is an articulation group that helps children improve their speech skills so they can communicate more effectively at home and at school. (ages 4-12)

  • correct pronunciation of target speech sounds

  • increased self-awareness and monitoring of articulation during conversation

  • clear and effective communication with peers
