Who We Are

Airdrie Speech Therapy is a boutique practice that provides diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of speech, language, social communication, and cognitive-communication delays/disorders. Our goal is to improve communication and help our client’s reach their highest level of functioning by providing quality, comprehensive diagnostic and evidence-based therapy services. We offer in-person treatment and assessment at our clinic location, and teletherapy (online) services.

Meet Our Team

  • Sheelagh Schulze

    BSC. SLP, MSLP(R), SLP(C), PROMPT Cert.

    Sheelagh has spent 30 years working with children and their families to address speech and communication delays. She is PROMPT Certified and specializes in Motor Speech Disorders (CAS), and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). Sheelagh is skilled in assessment in all areas of Speech and Language Therapy.

    Sheelagh and her husband live in Airdrie with their two daughters.

  • Chelsea Kunitz

    BCR, MSLP (R), SLP (C), CCC-SLP

    Chelsea has worked with individuals across the lifespan, but has dedicated the past 14 years to pediatrics. She earned her Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Wyoming in 2019 and since then, she has been delivering services to a wide variety of preschool-aged children as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Chelsea’s areas of expertise include teletherapy, ASD, CAS, Phonology, and language development.

  • Meghan Steenbergen

    BA, MSLP (R), SLP (C)

    Meghan has spent the past 7 years working with children with special needs and their families. She earned her Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Minot State University in 2022 following a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2019. She has experience working with individuals of all ages but specializes in those between the ages of 2-6 years. Meghan has been delivering services to a wide variety of preschool-aged children as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Her areas of expertise include early language development, AAC, speech sound delays/disorders, CAS, and ASD.
